The Barrie Photo Club holds monthly meetings during the months of September through June (there are no monthly meetings July and August)

Meetings are held the last Thursday of every month at South Shore Community Centre
Meetings begin at 7 pm and last until 9 pm

Monthly meetings follow this general agenda:

• Business reports - reports by the club executive, incl. President, Treasurer, Secretary and Events Coordinator
• Guest Speaker - at every monthly meeting we have a guest speaker relating to photo subjects of interest
• Socializing - members bring prints to meetings to show their work and get comments. Also a time for general discussion. It is usual after the meeting for memebrs to go for coffee to continue socializing
